La La Land Recording Camp FAQs

Camp Times & Location

All La La Land Recording camps occur in Louisville, Kentucky, at 1139 Lexington Rd, Louisville KY 40204).

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

This is a closed campus camp. We require that you sign your child in & out daily with a staff member. Camp pick-up and drop-off are at our front door past the gate in our parking lot.

Drop-off begins at 9:50 am. Please make sure that your child arrives by 10 am.

Pick-up begins at 4 pm and ends at 4:15 pm.

Food

Please pack two snacks for your student daily. Snack time occurs twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

All campers should also pack a bag lunch every day of camp and will eat lunch around noon. Keep in mind campers won’t have access to a microwave, so pack ready-to-eat foods and utensils if needed. There is no refrigeration available.

What to Bring

Campers will be inside our studio for most of the day, with the ability to go outside during breaks and lunch.

Camp Showcase

On Friday afternoon, campers will share what they’ve learned with their caregivers at our camper showcase. Details will be shared at a later date.

Refund Policy 

Individuals who wish to alter or cancel their registration in any camp must notify La La Land Recording Camp in writing by May 15th. We will refund 75% of the camp fee upon receipt of a written cancellation before May 15th.
